During the University term, the Centre holds a range of lectures and events on topical issues in international law given by leading academics and practitioners. Term Lecture Programme
Lectures held during the University term at the Centre by expert speakers on topical and pressing issues of international law.

Sir Hersch Lauterpacht Memorial Lectures
A three-part lecture given annually in Cambridge by a person of eminence in the field of international law to commemorate the unique contribution to the development of international law of Sir Hersch Lauterpacht. The lectures are formally published as part of the Hersch Lauterpacht Memorial Lecture Series by Cambridge University Press.

Other Events
The Centre organises other ad hoc lectures, seminars, debates and conferences on subjects of topical interest.

Snyder Lectures
The Snyder Lectures take place annually and are held in memory of Earl Snyder at the University of Cambridge and the University of Indiana's Bloomington School of Law on alternate years. Past speakers include Sir Elihu Lauterpacht, Professor Alfred Aman, Professor James Crawford and Professor Jost Delbrück. A related Snyder Scholarship programme also operates.
