The Cambridge International Law Journal is pleased to host a panel discussion on 'Recent International Case Law: Key Lessons for the International Arbitration Community'.
This panel brings together four leading public international law and arbitration specialists – Professor Martins Paparinskis, Wendy Miles KC, Dr Brendan Plant and Professor Can Yeğinsu – each of whom was directly involved in the case on which they will be presenting. The event will open with remarks by Professor Campbell McLachlan KC, and the discussion will be moderated by Helin Laufer, PhD in Law Candidate at Cambridge, former Editor-in-Chief and current Consultant Editor of the Cambridge International Law Journal.
