Potential draft settlement for Ukraine
This section offers a proposal for a possible Ukrainian Framework Agreement for a peace settlement.
Evidently many options could be reflected in such a draft. This draft merely seeks to show that a comprehensive but condensed settlement would be possible and how some of the options discussed in other parts of this website could be deployed.
There also follows a detailed commentary on each of the sections of the draft.
