This scholarship is for Cambridge University LLM Students only.
The Faculty of Law is delighted to offer funding for up to three University of Cambridge LLM students, who are taking 3 or more papers with an international law specialism, to undertake an unpaid, public interest internship in international law during the University’s summer vacation period. The internship must be arranged and organised directly by the student with an external charity, institution or organisation.
Up to £5,000 will be offered to successful candidates as a contribution towards costs associated with the internship, such as travel, visa applications, accommodation etc, all of which will be the responsibility of the applicant. Fifty per cent of the funding would be provided at the start of the internship with the remainder being provided mid-way through the internship.
Within one month of completion of the internship, interns will be required to write an account of their experience and return it to the Lauterpacht Centre for publication.
