Profile: 

I am a PhD candidate in International Law at the University of Naples Federico II. I completed legal training in the field of immigration law and am currently in the process of qualifying as a lawyer in Italy. My research interests include international procedural law, international economic law, human rights protection, decolonisation, and environmental law.

Research Outline:

The research project examines the indispensable third party principle before international courts and tribunals. It aims to clarify the principle’s legal nature, rationale, and scope, and to analyse how it operates in practice, particularly in cases involving the protection of collective interests.
