Accommodation dates and fees

We recommend that you contact the University Accommodation Service for advice on finding a place to stay.

The Lauterpacht Centre has four basic ensuite student-style bedrooms which are rented out on a single occupancy basis. 

The cost is £262.50 per week and full payment of accommodation fees are expected before the start of the tenancy. The rooms are on the second floor of Number 7 Cranmer Road with stair access only. The weekly rent includes:

•    Bed linen and towels on arrival
•    All utilities (water, electricity, gas)
•    Wi-Fi
•    Use of a large kitchen shared between all tenants with refrigerators, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery
•    Access to a washing machine and tumble drier
•    Weekly clean of kitchen and bedroom

Please note that we can only accept arrivals for accommodation during office hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:00 or Friday 9:00 – 16:00.

We cannot accept any arrivals during the weekend and on national Bank Holidays.

If you arrive during these times, you will need to make alternative arrangements until the office is open.
