Dr Santiago Villalpando has had a distinguished career across a number of international courts and international organizations. These include the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Court of Justice, the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, and UNESCO.
