Book Talk: "Oceans Ventured: Winning the Cold War at Sea" with author John Lehman, former Secretary of the Navy of the United States
The Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, together with the Forum on Geopolitics is pleased to welcome former U.S. Secretary for the Navy John Lehman for the launch of his new book Oceans Ventured: Winning the Cold War at Sea. Mr. Lehman served as Secretary of the Navy during the Reagan Administration from 1981-1987, and currently serves on the National Security Advisory Council for the Center for Security Policy. Lehman was also a member of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, commonly called the 9/11 Commission.
