Prof Jan Paulsson

Jan Paulsson, who annually teaches a segment on the enforcement of arbitral awards under the aegis of the Centre, is the head of the international arbitration and public international law groups of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is also President of the London Court of International Arbitration and of the World Bank Administrative Tribunal. His latest book, entitled Denial of Justice in International Law (Cambridge University Press, 2005), was developed from his 2003 Hersch Lauterpacht Memorial Lectures.
